Whites Only Stickers a Hate Crime Hoax

Facebook user Brianna Smith posted a photo Wednesday of a circular sticker on the outside of a display window at Rare Trends, an Austin clothing boutique in a historically black neighborhood. The sticker reads: "Exclusively For White People. Maximum of 5 colored customers. Colored BOH staff accepted. Sponsored by the City of Austin Contemporary Partition and Restoration Program." ("BOH staff" refers to "back of house" workers, employees who do not usually interact with customers.) The sticker also features an official City of Austin logo.

"This just goes to show racism is very much alive TODAY," Smith wrote underneath the photo. "This was a hate crime created by someone who had way to much [sic] time on their hands. This sticker has been unknowingly posted on many private owned business in Austin."

In a statement Wednesday, Austin Mayor Steve Adler called the appearance of the stickers "an appalling and offensive display of ignorance in our city."

No Brianna Smith, it does not "show racism is very much alive TODAY" - not sure why you needed to scream-type the word TODAY, but no - still doesn't. What it shows is that what qualifies as racism TODAY is completely unrecognizable when compared to the racism of fifty years ago. Why? Because it turned out this was hate crime hoaxery meant to condemn YOUR gentrification of an historically black neighborhood. And YOUR gentrification is racist. Quoting:

AUSTIN (KXAN) — An Austin lawyer is claiming responsibility for several stickers placed on East Austin businesses that claimed they were “exclusively for white people.”

Adam Reposa posted the video on YouTube and made a statement on Facebook saying he was trying promote the issue of gentrification in East Austin. (Warning: The video contains explicit language)

“They’re getting pushed out, and pretty quick. This area of town is turning into white’s only,” Reposa said in the clip. “Not by law like it used to be, and everyone’s going to jump on, ‘that’s racist!’ ‘that’s racist!’ Man, this town, the way **** works is racist! And I knew I could just bait all of y’all into being as stupid as you are.” Reposa went on to blast people for not getting the message.

Another reason to suspect this had nothing to do with actual White racism is that pro-White propaganda these days is almost exclusively dominated by the "Equals Genocide" cult. However, one still sees occasional appeals to the pro-White propaganda of the last century, the "Wake Up" variety. The problem of pro-White propaganda is its similarity to a vaccine that is rendered useless because of the rapidity of mutation of the anti-White virus.

  1. Yet more proof these fools have no sense of humour. Clearly the stickers were a piss-take aimed at this silliness:
