Racism on Opposite Day

Retailer Target is in the cross hairs after 3 Latino employees accused Target management of circulating a racist memo that contained the following advice:

"This document instructs managers to note differences among Hispanic employees, and states the following:
"a. Food: not everyone eats tacos and burritos;
"b. Music: not everyone dances to salsa;
"c. Dress: not everyone wears a sombrero;
"d. Mexicans (lower education level, some may be undocumented);
"e. Cubans (Political refugees, legal status, higher education level); and
"f. They may say 'OK, OK' and pretend to understand, when they do not, just to save face."

As a result of this memo, the strident cries of "racist!" are now echoing across the interwebs. So, lets play a little game. If I state the exact opposite of these claims, which are considered racist, then what I am saying should not be racist - that's logical, right?

a. All Hispanics eat tacos and burritos;
b. All Hispanics dance to salsa;
c. All Hispanics wear sombrero;
d. Mexicans (Political refuges, legal status, higher education level);
e. Cubans (lower education level, some may be undocumented);
f. They may say 'No, No!' and pretend not to understand, when they do, just to embarrass you.

If the second statements are reasonable opposites of the first, why are they both racist? Because that is how political correctness and its primary weapon, the word racist, work! The intent of political correctness is to control language so that truth is eliminated and people are afraid to speak, except to repeat back to the PC tyrant whatever said PC tyrant wants to hear.

If you are White and you say: "Not every black person likes hip-hop", then you are a racist.
If you are White and you say: "Every black person likes hip-hop", then you are a racist.
If you are White and you say: "Some black people like hip-hop", then you are a racist,

Why? Because you are White and you dare to bring up the connection between blacks and hip-hop. A connection that is well established, and universally acknowledged. But, when you say it, it sounds racist because of the color of your skin. This also applies if you write it, type it, or communicate it with semaphore flags. But why is it this way? Because the agenda of the PC tyrants is to make you second class citizens in your own country by punishing you for exercising your right to free speech. You may lose your job, your income, your educational opportunities, and even your friends and family because of this Catch-22 in which you are bound. And, what's worse, if your White fellow countrymen and women weren't so terrified of being smeared with the racist label, this kind of verbal tyranny could not exist at all.

So say nothing, right? Wrong! Silence is racist, according to the aptly named book Silent Racism:
Both silent racism and passivity in well-meaning white people are instrumental in producing institutional racism.

Then what to do!?! White America, you are Winston Smith in Room 101. How many fingers is the torturer holding up, 4 or 5? What is the answer? The only answer they will accept is "I don't know."
